📈 Local Real-Estate Snapshot
Recent market indicators show that homes in the Columbus and Bartholomew County area are still attracting attention, but buyers may need to be prepared for a little more time and negotiation than during the fastest-paced market years. Columbus homes were going pending in roughly 16 days on average in the most recent Zillow update, while broader Bartholomew County data showed homes averaging in the 40-plus-day range. That means preparation, pricing, and strong presentation remain especially important for sellers, while buyers may benefit from staying patient and watching new listings closely.
