CLOSING TIME for The Move Up Team. These clients were walking their dogs in their neighborhood when they came upon our For Sale Sign marked SOLD just down the street from them. They called us, and man, are we glad they did. I think they are happy about it too. We helped them buy a new home in Grove City, and today (their anniversary date as well) was the closing date on the first home they ever bought. It was a good day.
