Gr8Labor was established as a small business company in 2011, but has served the Columbus community since 2010. Michael Pitts, is a hardworking college student who employs other college students and young men in the community. He is a leader, mentor, entrepreneur, and strategic thinker. Gr8Labor is unlike any other moving company in that it not only provides great service for reasonable prices, bu

t it provides young men with a brotherhood and mentoring that is rare in business, and professional development opportunities that will enable them to become successful in their own careers while earning a favorable wage. Gr8Labor's business goals are to help recover the economy by providing work for young men, expand the business throughout Central Ohio, and gradually provide other services that meet the needs of the community. Gr8Labor's mentoring goals are to provide work to students and young men who are in need of jobs -paid at a rate not provided by other moving companies; mentor young men in the areas of life and business ownership, and assist in their professional development. CEO's personal goals are to graduate from college with a degree in Business Management /Entrepreneurship, give back to local charitable organizations, and continue serving as a mentor for youth.
