The facility is designed to support everyone from individuals beginning their fitness journey to competitive strength athletes.

Katie is joined by Josh Salinas, a competitive powerlifter and dedicated personal trainer who brings years of strength training experience and a strong commitment to helping others reach their full potential. Together, the No Surrender Barbell team is creating a supportive training environment centered on building both physical and mental strength. The gym will also offer recovery services including sauna and cold plunge, allowing members to train harder, recover smarter, and continue progressing.
