In Loving Memory of Patricia “Pattie” McQueen
It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we share the passing of our dear friend and former colleague, Patricia “Pattie” McQueen, who tragically passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
Pattie was a longtime former employee and cherished member of the F&W Properties family. After many years of dedicated service, she retired in 2018, leaving behind a legacy of hard work, kindness, and friendship that continues to live on within our company. She was more than a co-worker—she was family.
Pattie was known for her energetic personality, charismatic spirit, and ability to light up any room she entered. She had a special way of connecting with people and building lasting relationships with everyone around her. Whether you worked alongside her for years or simply crossed paths with her, Pattie had a way of making you feel welcomed, appreciated, and cared for.
Anyone who knew Pattie also knew her incredible sense of style. She was famous for her fun and outrageous outfits, and many of us will forever remember the amazing hats she proudly wore to our annual Christmas parties and other special events. Those hats became a part of her signature charm, and in true Pattie fashion, she would often share that joy by giving some of her wonderful hats to David Fisher, bringing smiles and laughter to everyone around her. Her unique personality, generosity, and sense of humor created countless memories that will be treasured for years to come.
Beyond her work at F&W Properties, Pattie was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her family meant everything to her, and she spoke of them with immense pride and love. She was a hardworking and compassionate woman whose generosity and warmth touched countless lives.
Pattie’s passing leaves a void that cannot be filled, but her memory will continue to live on through the friendships she built, the lives she touched, and the joy she brought to those around her. She will always hold a special place in the hearts of all of us at F&W Properties.
