Jeff is helping to redefine the industry as he showcases his intelligence, drive, and innovative spirit. Licensed in 2004, Jeff came into the business shortly before the housing market decline. Within his first year, Jeff quickly found success becoming the top selling Buyer's Agent on one of the area's highest ranked teams and remained there for the next 7 years because he was not afraid to take a risk. Working on a team, taught Jeff the importance of loyalty, a strong work ethic, and dedication to customers and colleagues. His dedication, along with his ability to listen to and understand his client's needs has allowed him to continuously achieve his client's goals and expectations, which explains why his business has grown mostly from referrals and repeat clients. This has brought Jeff to the next level of his career, where formed The Alvis Group. The Alvis Group has become one of the area's top selling agents and a multi-million dollar producer. Jeff said, "Once you start achieving success, it becomes addictive." Jeff specializes in all sectors of the market including residential sales and purchases, commercial real estate, short sales and foreclosures, and building investment portfolios for clients through "flips" and/or rental properties. Jeff encompasses the use of all the latest technology, web, mobile and social media tools! Jeff is a graduate of Bishop Ready High School and The Ohio State University. He resides in Upper Arlington, Ohio with his wife, Elizabeth, and their four children, Ryan, Madeline, Henry and Grace. Jeff is an active parishioner at Saint Agatha Church and a volunteer youth football, basketball, and baseball coach.
