Columbus is rural/suburban city located approximately 20 miles NE of Madison, WI along US Hwy 151.

Hi all,
Snow removal services asks for cars to be moved out of driveway when they plow.
I understand we never know the time they will be plowing, but it is after 2 inches. So if not plowed yet, please try to park else where. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Hello all,
I just received notice that the gravel areas out front will be replaced (cemented) starting today.
Please park vehicles on street or in garages until work is completed.
Also our lawn service will be starting w**d removal and other such work starting soon.
K and B tree service will be removing diseased trees and trimming other trees late fall or winter.

Thank you to all who are leaving the garage fixtures set to ON and providing a increased sense of community and security for the Condo Associaiton. It looks very nice.

It would be appreciated if all units would particpate. All it takes is leaving the garage light switch set to ON and of course making sure you have a working bulb. The fixtures are all dusk to dawn.

If you haven't gotten a chance to see this, we encourage you to do so. We think you will see how this reflectis positively on our properties.
