In this week's episode of "Boy are We Blessed", Hannah and I had the privilege of helping 4 buyers find the perfect homes! All first time home buyers, but each one holds such sweet significance. From Phenix City to Waverly Hall to Pine Mountain Valley to Columbus, we were able to find homes exactly where our buyers wanted to live. And they range from new construction to "opportunities to update it how we want it!"
I'm so proud of each of these buyers for taking that first step to not only get out of the rental world and build their own equity but to building a future! Congrats to you all!

With every family gathering, we enjoy a meal, lots of chatting, and sometimes play table games. But rarely do we take pictures!! Afterward I always kick myself that I didn’t take pictures. Yesterday, we celebrated Mother’s Day at Rebekah and Bradley’s home. I had one request — a family picture!! Yay!! We took some!!

This traditional beauty was once owned by the sweetest family. The parents raised their two daughters in this home and made countless memories over the decades.
Within 24 hours of being on the market, we had multiple offers! And thanks to the buyer's agent, the lender, the closing attorney, the buyers and the seller, we had a smooth and flawless transaction all the way to the closing two weeks early!
I'm so pleased that the new owners are a precious young couple who plan to raise their own children and spend decades making their own precious and priceless memories!
