SOLD: Let’s cut right to the good stuff - the best part about this story is that our clients did not tell their families they had purchased a home 🤫 The weekend after our closing, the family members were visiting and thought they were going to tour a few homes. Instead, our clients were able to surprise them with their NEW home!

We have no idea how they could hold in such big news for over a month, but they did it. Everyone’s weekend got much more exciting once the house version of a baby announcement was revealed 🏡

SOLD: We own a book called “Upper Arlington Homes: A Guide to Noteworthy Design” and always thought it would be fun to sell one of the homes highlighted in it. We can now check that box ✅

Regarding this Hillside Drive home, the book states “One of the few mid-century moderns south of Lane Avenue, this residence features two overlapping roof sections, each angled opposite the other, creating the visual effect of a butterfly roof.”
