This recent article in the Dispatch tells the great story of our 82-year-old founder, Geno Gasbarro, and his continued involvement in the poultry business.

The chicken sandwich sold in Maine, the wings grilled in Texas and the drumsticks sitting in the grocery in California all have a Columbus tie. In fact, much of the poultry consumed in the country has been cut, skinned or defeathered by machines built in a factory near the heart of the city.
