Commercial Real Estate, Simplified.

Commercial Real Estate is complicated. My job is to make it simple. As a former business owner, I have experienced the challenges of entrepreneurship. I bought and sold, leased and leased out a variety of commercial real estate. I was a client of Peak Commercial Properties before I was a broker and I benefited from the consultative approach. To avoid conflict of interest, I put my own acquisitions on hold to advocate exclusively on behalf of my clients as a full-time commercial real estate broker.

Landlords and sellers appreciate our collaborative, consultative approach to selling their property and our aggressive marketing once we go to market. We create professional videos, drone footage, and financial analysis projections, in addition to the classic signs, postcards, and banners. We list properties on all the major online marketing platforms.

In some cases, sellers prefer to sell their property confidentially, in order to ensure privacy. We maintain a database of such properties and, because of our direct relationship with buyers and sellers, we are able to sell properties with utmost privacy and identity protection.

When we assist buyers and tenants, we become collaborators as well. For owner-users of the property, our goal is to fully understand your business process so we can locate the ideal property for your use. We provide a professional market study with both public and private options. We assist with contract structure, financial analysis, bank approval, lease proposals, inspections, appraisals, ground up development, and redevelopment.
