hically challenged people, and/or out-of-towners, this means I focus my services and expertise in the following areas: German Village-including Brewery District, Merion Village and Schumacher Place, Short North–including Victorian Village, Italian Village, The Circles, and Harrison West, Grandivew, Clintonville, Bexley, Upper Arlington, Old Worthington, and Olde Town East. I’m not limited to working in these areas and can provide knowledge in the suburbs such as New Albany, Gahanna, and as far as Granville. Residential real estate isn't just limited to the resale of houses and condos. My services cover short sales, bank owned homes (REO's), foreclosure situations, acreage, relocation (RELO), new construction, and small apartment complexes...just to name a few.
