Scrolling through Steve’s Twitter and we saw this post. If this doesn’t embody his values, we don’t know what does.

"The market doesn’t determine your success. You do!!

Sure, you have to be able to adapt which requires a MEASURE of INTELLIGENCE.

Sure, you may have to work harder which requires DETERMINATION.

Sure, you have to keep going when tired which requires setting MEANINGFUL GOALS.

Sure, you have to do what needs doing which requires GRIT.

And sure, you have to believe you can do it which requires UNBRIDLED CONFIDENCE.

But understand, if you don’t have a measure of intelligence, determination, meaningful goals, grit and unbridled confidence, you couldn’t succeed in this business no matter what the market was doing.

Remember who you are and the price you paid to be that person.
Those are the only things that matter.

I hope everyone knows how important the real estate industry is to our economy. When you buy or sell a home, you participate in providing so much that goes far beyond you. When you hire a real estate agent to expertly help you through the process, you made the choice to use the services they provide. I have never understood why real estate agents have to justify earning a living.

When you gift a dog, remember it's a long-term (for this breed 8-12 years) commitment. Come February/March shelters see an overload of owner surrenders who no longer want the dog because "they don't have the time the dog needs, it's more work than they can handle, the list goes on). Puppies, like this adorable one I fostered, are so much work. They p**p, they p*e, they have boundless energy, they chew. Don't get a puppy for Christmas unless you are thinking about it being a family member you will love for it's lifetime. Also, please get to know the breed before you adopt. Understand what you are adopting and what it's needs will be. This puppy is a mastiff. Based on her breed and what was known about her parents, she will be 100 to 130 lbs! Mastiffs are known for their drool.
All this said, if you are ready for a new family member and know what you are committing to, I can't think of anything that will love you, bring so much joy to your life and provide the kind of companionship a dog will bless you with. ❤️

The key responsibility of the Lead Installer is to install custom window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters, drapes, and automated products. The Installer is also responsible for managing inventory and maintaining the warehouse for incoming orders. Must be proficient with operating tools/power tools, must know how to measure, apply caulking, know how or when to use spacers, & know difference between screws or proper screws for the type of surface.
