Our maintenance team is feeling the love from our residents here at Tribeca! Last Sunday's epic snowfall meant locking in on snow removal to keep our community safe and free from slip/fall hazards. Aaron, our tech pictured, put in over 12+ hours of snow removal on our site on Sunday alone, and the residents took note: a collaborative thank you card and homemade treats were delivered as a thank you! We love our residents, and our residents love our team!

A lot of people ask, "Why should I live in Grandview?" or "What is Grandveiw Heights? I thought this was Downtown Columbus?". Here are some fun facts about the city Tribeca Apartments calls home:
**Grandview Heights was originally known as Marble Cliff and was incorporated as a city in 1931. Many residents wanted to retain the name Arlington for the area, but there was already a post office with the name Arlington elsewhere in Ohio. The quarries nearby were called the Marble Cliff Quarries, and it was also the name of the railroad station and post office located at Fifth Avenue and the rail line just east of the river. So concensus led to the choice of Marble Cliff!
**Grandview Heights has a diverse economy with a thriving arts scene and community events that celebrate its rich history.
**The area is home to a working distillery, the nation’s oldest operating single-screen theater, and a variety of guided food and drink tasting tours.

Who would've thought that we would have record-breaking level of snow in Franklin County?! Franklin County Sheriff's Department and ODOT have dubbed this a Level 3 Emergency.
