Thank you so much for reaching out about Marcus! A few months ago I (Tera) gently encouraged Marcus to make any preventative healthcare appointments he needed to make. He was feeling GREAT and had ZERO known symptoms but scheduled a couple appointments including a heart stress test. He failed that test; and that eventually led him to the Cleveland Clinic for triple bypass surgery on October 4th. He was back home 4 days later and has been back to work since last Monday! We are so thankful for his wise medical team, the incredible care he received at Cleveland Clinic, for the prayers, care for our kids, visits at Cleveland Clinic and our home, help with the business and meals!

Did you hear that Marcus was off on medical leave? If so, that was correct. However, he went back to work this past Monday. This week he is scheduled to do home inspections and radon mitigation in Columbus, Hope, Edinburgh and Seymour. Accurate Home Inspections was thrilled to provide a Self-Defense class for our realtor friends. Accurate Inspector Trevor, 2nd degree black belt, taught the class and Lieutenant Matt Harris with the Columbus Police Department (Indiana) and Marcus provided safety training.

So, this is kind of cool! Marcus inspected Mike Kutsko home 20 years ago, inspected it again recently for the current buyers and Trevor inspected the new home Mike is purchasing! In the picture, Mike is holding the printed inspection from 20 years ago. We are so thankful for our repeat customers!!
Mike is the Deputy Chief at our Columbus Fire Department - Indiana and has served as a firefighter for 27 years.
And, it was 23 years ago this week that Marcus started Accurate Home Inspections!
Such incredible men committed to serving our community!!

Did you know Marcus was a 🔨🪜 builder 🛠️🏡before he was a home inspector? He did a 4 year apprenticeship in 🇳🇿 New Zealand 🇳🇿! A few years ago he added this game room on to their home. We kind of think his family and friends may not mind the addition. 🏓 🎯 🎱

So fun to watch Jetta cheer today! She had a friend from across the lake and her cousin from New Zealand cheering her on today!!
