Having gutters and downspouts around your home is great, but only if they're properly installed. Here we have a downspout dumping water directly against the foundation, which then makes its way into the crawlspace. I would love to see some downspout extensions or an underground drain to help get this water away from the home!

Find of the Day: This window just needs a good cleaning right? Nope, this double paned window has lost its seal which means air and moisture is being allowed in between the two pieces of glass. Although the window still functions, it has effectively lost it's thermal insulating ability as well as becoming permanently opaque.

Find of the day: What's hiding under that freshly painted ceiling? A thermal imager can help show defects that we may not be able to see with our eyes. We were able to catch this active roof leak thanks to a little rain earlier this week.
