🚨🚨ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨🚨

As the dust settles on Christmas and we turn our sights to a new year, the time has come to close the books on a chapter of my life.

When I decided to get into Real Estate nearly 5 years ago, I had no clue that it would be such a rewarding part-time gig. The people I have had the ability to meet, the new friends I have made and all of the amazing clients that allowed me to be a part of their journey, made every minute worth it!

Markets shift, demand shifts, priorities shift, and so my too my focus has shifted and I realize that I just don’t have the capacity to dedicate the attention and time that clients deserve.

With that said - the time has come to bid adieu to the Real Estate world. I have so many pros who have mentored and helped me through the years ( ) and I know I will always have a place with if I ever decide to jump back in the race. (Never say never)

Thank you to all of my incredible clients, friends and family for your continued support and encouragement through this chapter. It has been my privilege to help you all in your own journeys.

Fear not - this account isn’t going anywhere (the name may change) but I will still be on your feed with my Cbus essentials and travels abroad.

And when one door closes…..another one opens. A new adventure is in the works, though I can’t get into all the deets just yet, keep an eye peeled to my page and you’ll be the first to know! Though you could swipe left for a slight hint. 😉

“We will send you a spreadsheet!”

One of the first things and said to me after our initial consultation about their home buying journey.

And indeed they did! They kept a spreadsheet of their wants and non-negotiables and a ranked spreadsheet of the homes they were interested in seeing, including all the details about the house.

Talk about making my job a breeze! They were prepared every step of the way. They asked lots of questions and made sure they had everything they needed to make the best decision for their situation and what they wanted in a new home.

A few weeks of showing blitzes and a couple of offers later, they found “the one”.

They were so resilient in this process and they soaked up every bit of information that was thrown at them. I am so proud and excited for them to finally close on their new home.

Congratulations to you both. Can’t wait for the housewarming party!!!

Happy closing day and !

30+ plus showings, 4 offers and a lot of waiting, we finally made it to the big day!

If ever there were two people who refused to let their spirits be dampened or let anything derail their determination to buying their first home, these two are it!

Despite the challenges and competition of this market as a buyer and even some tough calls that had to be made post offer, they always had smiles on their faces and kept pushing forward!

I am truly proud of you both for handling your first home buying experience like pros! So excited to see how you make this house your home and look forward to the house warming party!

Full circle moment for today!

I had the privilege of helping her purchase this condo a few years ago before the market was insane. And I’m grateful that I was her first call when she was ready to sell! We secured an offer well over asking with some bonus cash to boot and minimal hassle through the process.
