Look a little closer, and you’ll find the details that define Britton Park.

From the finishes to the outdoor spaces, every element has been intentionally selected to give the community its own distinct character.

The details tell one part of the story – what comes next brings us closer to welcoming residents home. Furniture installation is underway in the clubhouse as we prepare for its grand opening in October, when our model apartments are also scheduled to open for hard hat tours. From there, we’ll look ahead to our next major milestone – welcoming our first residents home this December!

There’s something special about opening the doors to a new community and seeing it quickly become connected to the people around it.

We celebrated the Grand Opening of Carriage Park Apartments in Huber Heights, Ohio, with an afternoon that brought together residents, neighbors, and partners from across the area. More than 20 local businesses, makers, and service providers joined us or supported the event, bringing everything from coffee and local treats to adoptable pups and one-of-a-kind offerings. Guests enjoyed great food, an afternoon by the pool, and plenty of raffle prizes ranging from Kobalt tools and an RTIC cooler to gift cards, a Ring camera, streaming devices, and more.

Beyond the festivities, the afternoon was a reflection of what makes a community meaningful: the people who help shape it, the businesses that support one another, and the connections that continue long after the event ends.

We’re grateful to everyone who helped make this milestone possible, and we're excited for all that lies ahead for Carriage Park!

What was once a vision is now becoming a thriving community. Since welcoming our first residents this spring, Carriage Park Apartments in Huber Heights, Ohio, has continued to come to life as neighbors settle in and begin creating the sense of home this community was built to foster.

From light-filled apartment homes with modern finishes to inviting amenity spaces designed for connection, it's rewarding to see Carriage Park being enjoyed as intended. We look forward to welcoming many more residents as the community continues to grow and remains on track for completion this December!
