In the past 10 years, home prices in Columbus Ohio have increased nearly 9% per year in average. Some years saw much greater than that and some years saw lower than that, but this is an average. There stats are from the Columbus Realtors annual report. Average home prices have increased from $202K to $376K over the past 10years in Central OH!

Sorry the video is a little choppy, but I wanted to share because it’s a very interesting number!
