This is the face I make when an affiliate can't accommodate a buyer or seller's schedule. 😅

Choosing the right realtor isn't just about the person you hire, it's about the entire team behind them. Title companies, inspectors, lenders, all of it matters. I've spent real time building relationships with affiliates who consistently go above and beyond for my clients, not just what's convenient for them. It doesn't work out perfectly every single time, but it should work out for the client the vast majority of the time.

If your realtor doesn't have trusted partners in their corner, you might not be getting the experience you deserve.

Six years. That's how long I've known this incredible woman and this week, she got to her the keys to her brand new build. 🔑🏡

We met years ago, and life didn't exactly go according to plan. COVID hit, and like so many of us, her path took a detour. She never lost sight of what she wanted, and we stayed in touch through all of it. Kids grew. Life moved forward.

Now she's settled close to family, with a home that has the space she needed and a yard her kids are going to grow up in. This is THE best part of the job.
