I had the absolute joy of closing another first-time homebuyer, and my heart is so full. ❤️

This journey began back in October 2021, and when she was ready these past few months, I was there—and together, we found her home. 🏡 A beautiful, recently rehabbed space where she can begin this next chapter and start making memories of her own.

Crossroads World Outreach Ministries is hosting their annual Inner City Toy Drive this Friday, and I wanted to help spread the word! As many of you know, I partner with Crossroads through our Free Store, and this event helps bless over 200 children in the community. 💖

In the absence of new data (due to the gov't shutdown), the bond market focused on Jerome Powell's comments that QT (quantitative tightening) could be ending soon. The yield on the 10-year US treasury bond moved below the psychologically important 4% level, which suggests that average 30-yr mortgage rates could break below 6% if historical mortgage spreads hold.
