Our Road Department is working hard to plow Prairie Township roads as quickly as possible. Due to the amount of snow being moved, some properties may find that there is a large amount of snow blocking their driveway approach.

If you find that your driveway approach has been blocked by the snow and would like assistance clearing it, please call 614-878-3316 and leave your name, address, and phone number.

After the Road Department has finished plowing all Township roads, they will assist in clearing driveway approaches.

During this time there is a lot of snow in the parking lot and all over the property. Maintenance does not shovel parking spaces for residents. We understand that parking is challenging right now however we cannot enforce assigned parking spaces unless the letter or number is clearly visible on the ground. Please be patient during this time as we all are trying to navigate around all this snow. We appreciate everyone's understanding during this stressful time. Vehicles that are illegally parked and numbers are visible will receive a parking violation sticker and may be towed within 24 hours of the violation 1st time violations only. 2nd violation and any further violations may be an immediate tow without further warning. Also, no resident can put items in their spaces to prevent illegal parking especially if the numbers or letters are not visible

For the month of February 2026, we will be doubling the resident referral bonus! Every approved application that is a resident referral will receive a $400.00 credit for every referral that moves in! (regardless of move in date) as we are accepting applications for our waiting list as well for later in the year move ins. If you have any questions, please contact the Rental Office at 614-878-9565 we also have packets premade that you can take to work and pass out to get additional referrals from co-workers. Ask us about the packets if interested!
