Please join us in welcoming one of the newest members of The Brokerage House, Abby Carfagna.

From the moment she walked through the door, we knew she was going to be a perfect fit.

After three years in real estate, Abby is already having a record year, and we’re thrilled to have her as part of the team.

While she was successful at her previous brokerage, our broker Cindy Braun says she’s taken things to another level since joining The Brokerage House.

A former Ohio State cheerleader, Abby still brings that same enthusiasm into everything she does.

As Cindy likes to say, she practically bounces into the office every day like she’s still cheering on the Buckeyes.

What we love most is how genuinely excited Abby is to be here. She has been a fan of The Brokerage House from afar and says she’s still pinching herself that she now gets to be part of the team.

She immediately embraced the collaborative culture that makes this brokerage so special and is excited to create even more opportunities for her clients through our in-house and off-market network.

When we look at the numbers so far this year, what excites us most isn’t the rankings themselves - it’s what they represent.

They represent buyers finding the right home, sellers achieving exceptional results, and a team of agents who genuinely believe that collaboration creates better outcomes for everyone involved.

This year, The Brokerage House leads major Central Ohio brokerages in sales volume per agent, has the lowest average days on market among top offices, the highest percentage of in-house transactions, and remains the #1 brokerage in Upper Arlington sales volume.

Each statistic tells a story about the way our agents approach their business: with intention, expertise, and a commitment to serving clients at the highest level.

We’re especially proud that these results have been achieved with a team of just 40 licensed agents.

If you know, you know… Mahjong is having a moment, and of course, The Brokerage House had to get in on the craze.

Mahjong night at The Brokerage House, and we may have officially unlocked our newest obsession.

We’re so grateful for chances to spend time together, learn something new, and connect outside the day-to-day pace of real estate.

At TBH, we stay dialed into what’s trending in the market and in life, so naturally we had to see what the Mahj buzz was about.

There is truly nothing like loving the people you work with, and that is exactly what happens at The Brokerage House.

We’re proud of the way we’re growing, performing, and showing up for our clients, but we’re just as proud that we make time for each other.

Even in the middle of one of the busiest seasons in real estate - and already our biggest and best season yet - we still make time for moments like this.
