About team member Anita Howitt:
Anita grew up in a military family and knows how hard it can be to move. “I’ve lived all over the country and made Columbus my forever home. When I’m not enjoying a book on my patio, I volunteer with local animal rescues, sit on the board for Dublin Creative Writers, and make music with Capital City Pipes and Drums.”
Her goal is for every client to feel 100% supported and informed during their home search or sale. Working on a friendly and assertive team means her clients will have the advantage during every step of the buying and selling process.

A little bit about Debby Gerlach, team member:
Debby joined HER in 2005, then had to take a reprieve due to family obligations. She came back and joined The Patti Hughes Team in January 2017, now Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. She has a positive personality; loves working with people and lives by the Golden Rule.

As a life long resident of Columbus and growing up in Upper Arlington, she has vast knowledge of all the wonderful and unique neighborhoods. Especially Arlington, Clintonville, Hilliard, Dublin, Jerome, Powell, Worthington, Westerville, Gahanna, Sunbury, New Albany, Johnstown, Alexandria, Granville, Newark, Frazeyburg, Utica, Glenford, Baltimore, Somerset, Thornport, Buckeye Lake, and Millersport. “My passion and love are the three counties, Licking, Fairfield and Perry, that make up the Buckeye Lake Region. I have the privilege to be a proud 3rd generation property owner in Buckeye Lake, Ohio.”
