One of the greatest honors in my career is being trusted to help families through important life transitions. ❤️

I recently had the privilege of helping the sweetest couple close on a beautiful condo in Dublin as they transition into easier one-floor living while still maintaining the independence that means so much to them.

What made this especially meaningful is that one of their daughters — my skin care specialist (and miracle worker 😄) for the past 14 years who has also become a dear friend — trusted me to help guide her parents through this important chapter.

Watching this family come together has been truly beautiful. Their daughters spearheaded everything, with help from family including the son-in-law and grandkids and others, all working together to support their parents through downsizing, moving, and preparing their longtime Riverside Green home for the market.

Central Ohio’s housing market continues to stay strong this spring.

Inventory is growing, giving buyers more choices, while home values continue to rise across many Central Ohio communities.
