If I were looking for a new build in Plain City, here are 3 reasons I’d seriously consider this home in Applewood at Jerome Village! 🏡
📍 7266 Applewood Drive | M/I Homes Vanderbilt Plan
1️⃣ A neighborhood that feels easy to navigate. Applewood is well into development, with approximately 130 homes planned. I love that this pocket feels manageable, with easy access in and out. If you don’t want to spend 10 minutes just getting out of your own neighborhood, this might be your kind of place!
2️⃣ A larger lot with a little extra breathing room. This home sits on one of the larger available lots and faces a large green space at the front of the neighborhood. That means no neighbors directly across the street! 🙌
3️⃣ Bike paths right where you want them. This location puts you closest to the path connecting to Abraham Depp Elementary and Eversole Middle School, with continued access toward Glacier Ridge Park and the Jerome Village pool and clubhouse. I love neighborhoods that make it easier to get outside and enjoy where you live!
📚 A quick school district note: Applewood is in Plain City but is served by Dublin City Schools. For the 2026–27 school year, this home is expected to be assigned to Abraham Depp Elementary. Under anticipated redistricting, the elementary assignment is expected to change to Eli Pinney Elementary for 2027–28. Be sure to verify school assignments as plans are finalized.
