As a real estate agent, I see firsthand what catches a buyer's eye during a showing. It's often the details: the finish on a faucet, the hardware on a cabinet, the mirror frame in the entryway.

A few easy wins before you list:
*Swap out cabinet pulls in the kitchen *Coordinate finishes on bathroom mirrors, towel bars and fixtures * Add a warm-toned light fixture or mirror to the entryway

128 homes currently for sale with an average list price of $986,475. Homes are moving fast — averaging just 70 days on market. So far this year, 267 homes have sold at an average sale price of $702,420. Dublin continues to be one of the most in-demand markets in the area!

📚 OLENTANGY SCHOOLS - Olentangy Schools
206 homes on the market right now, averaging $749,672. Days on market are holding steady at 52 days. Year-to-date, 472 homes have sold with an average sale price of $659,882 — solid demand across the board.
