Just the facts:
Like all tequilas are mescal but not all mescals are tequila. All Realtors are agents. Not all agents are Realtors. A Realtor is an agent that is a member of the National Association of Realtors. The term "Realtor" is a designation of membership. All Realtors, Realtor Association members and all MLS Associations are subject to the new rules established by the class action lawsuit settlement(s). Agents that are not NAR members are subject to Ohio's codes and Ohio has new legislation that will closely resembles the new NAR rules but are not the new NAR rules. An almost 60 year dream for my clients ended last week with the sale of their home. It is a difficult decision and even more difficult reality when you walk away for the last time. An extra shout out to the buyer who was patient, caring and giving to allow my clients some extra time to work through their experience in selling. I want to thank her from all of us on the seller side. I was honored to represent my clients as they begin a new chapter and I will continue to work with them as they settle in to a new environment.
