We’re taking you with us as we tour homes in and around the Columbus area. We’re pointing out things we love in homes as agents (and homeowners ourselves) and also talking about the neighborhoods they are a part of.
We’re kicking things off with a patio home built by Three Pillars. It’s located in Powell (which is where Karen lives). Powell has a quaint, charming, small town feel to it. It’s near Dublin’s Bridge Park, but has a completely different vibe.
Olentangy Schools often get mentioned when someone is looking to buy a home in Powell AND one of the other reasons many buyers flock to Powell is the wide variety of homes you can find. You can find smaller homes and condos that offer age in place lifestyles. You can also find wooded property and acreage where you can raise horses, goats, you name it! There’s neighborhoods that offer HOAs and extra amenities and others that don’t have any of that at all.
Earlier today, we toured a ranch patio home that we actually sold a couple years ago for just under $1M dollars. It’s stunning! This home was previously a model home so it offers all the extras including beautiful molding throughout. The natural light in the living room gives it the coziest feel making it Jen’s favorite room in the house. Karen loves ranch style homes because they are often hard to come by in the Columbus area.
