Some clients are not in a rush and that’s not a problem. It actually gives us time to plan and really figure out what matters.

I met Cathy and Jared at an open house in 2019. They knew what they wanted and where they wanted to be in Powell. We stayed in touch, saw some homes, and decided to get their home ready for photos when the weather was nice. Then, we waited.

When they were ready to list in the summer of 2025, we were prepared with everything we needed. They were under contract quickly, but didn’t have the perfect home lined up. They rented for a short period of time and, last week, we closed on that new home!

It’s been a pleasure working with Cathy and Jared over the past 7 years and I’m excited we were able to find them a new place to call home!

It only takes two buyers to bid to end up in a multiple offer situation and it’s happening across Columbus. Different pockets feel hotter than others and many homes are still selling above list price.

We have more buyers than we have sellers. If you’re sitting at home and thinking about selling, it’s worth a conversation.

JUST CLOSED in Upper Arlington • $875,000

My clients own a home in Clintonville and were on the hunt for something bigger, ideally with a pool or the ability to put in a pool. They also wanted a more private lot with mature trees and a quiet neighborhood.

Upper Arlington fit the bill, but if you are buying or selling in this area of Columbus, you know how competitive the market is. Since the start of 2026, almost 3/4 of the homes have sold at or above list price. 🤯Multiple offer scenarios are still the norm in this area. Patience and preparation are two must haves if you plan to enter this market.

It took us nearly a year, but we finally found the home that checked their important boxes. Finding the home is step one. Winning the offer is step two and I’m so happy we made that happen!

Palm trees, good girls, better moms.
Hammock Beach with Leighton and her crew was exactly what we all needed. It is tough to get away from work during the busy season, but definitely a great reminder about what’s important.
