Congratulations to Lee and Catherine on their new M/I Homes build!

Lee and I met five years ago when he updated my auto insurance. We got talking about real estate and I have stayed in touch with him over the years. When he and Catherine were ready to purchase a new home, he called me.

Lee and Catherine decided to build new with M/I Homes for their first home. The experience working with M/I was great from the sales team, construction manager, finance, and customer care.

It leads me to a question I get a lot with new construction - do you need your own agent when the builder has all of these teams guiding you through the process?

I always like to remind my clients that those teams represent the builder. Your agent is there representing YOU through the contract, the build process, and the final walk-through and closing.

Congratulations to John and Jeanne on closing on their second cabin in Hocking Hills!

It means a lot when clients come back to us for their second and third purchase and I was honored to help them find this place.

This cabin’s location couldn’t be more perfect for them. It’s close to Old Man’s Cave and tucked away on 5 private acres. They made a great investment and will have many years of wonderful memories.

Many people assume they can’t afford to live in Muirfield Village but, often, that’s just not the case.

Muirfield Village is a neighborhood northwest of Columbus in Dublin, Ohio. It’s home to the Memorial Tournament and known for its beautiful and mature landscapes. The HOA there maintains miles and miles of walking paths, play areas, and other community amenities.

You can find a variety of homes, including condos and single-family residences, that range in price from $400k to $3M+. The styles of homes and price ranges are quite vast.

We recently toured a beautiful Muirfield home that’s currently listed for sale. Karen loved the exterior which speaks to the variety of homes within the neighborhood and Jen loved all the space inside. The basement has really tall ceilings and storage space, it has an open floor plan, and each bedroom has its own bathroom and tons of closet space.
