At Keller Williams Family Reunion, had us do something simple…
Record ourselves saying:
“This is what you look like. This is what you sound like.”

I wanted to crawl out of my skin.

You can see it.
You can hear it.
I was uncomfortable… fully in my head.

Portugal 🇵🇹

I’m sitting here on my birthday, wrapping up this trip… and I keep coming back to the same thought:

None of this was on a vision board.
None of this was on a bingo card for my life.

Not Portugal.
Not speaking internationally.
Not the conversations I’ve had this week.

And if I’m being honest…
this version of my life didn’t exist a year ago.

There was no big master plan behind this.

About a year ago, I made a simple decision:

Get 1% better every day.
Impact 1 person every day.

That’s it.

No clarity on how it would play out.
No guarantee it would lead to anything like this.

Just showing up.
On the days I felt on.
On the days I didn’t.
On the days it felt like it wasn’t working.

And now I’m sitting here realizing…

This is what that looks like when it compounds.

The kind of opportunities you don’t see coming.
The kind of rooms you once thought were out of reach.
The kind of growth you can’t fake.

But I’ll tell you this…

There were plenty of moments this week where I caught myself thinking,
“how did I get here?”

Not in a highlight way. In a real way.

Like… do I actually belong in this room?

And every time that thought came up, I had a choice.

Pull back.
Or lean in.

I leaned in.

Spoke when I could’ve stayed quiet.
Showed up fully when it would’ve been easier not to.

I almost talked myself out of this.

New country.
First international stage.
A room full of people I’ve never met.
And a few I have just met, for the first time.

Every excuse was there.

“You’re not ready.”
“What if it flops?”
“What if you’re not good enough here?”

And then I caught it.

Because that voice?
It’s shown up before every level of my life that actually changed me.

So I made the same decision I’ve made every time:

I’m going anyway.

Portugal was my first international keynote…
and I didn’t walk up there fearless.

I walked up there decided.

Be afraid.
And do it anyway.

Because the life you want isn’t on the other side of confidence…
it’s on the other side of the moments you almost backed out of.

One year ago… I was sitting at my laptop, heart racing, questioning everything.

Rewriting slides.
Second guessing every word.
Wondering if anyone would even show up to my first webinar.

I almost didn’t do it.

Today… I’m officially an international keynote speaker.

Not because I had it all figured out.
Not because I felt ready.
But because I hit “go” anyway.

Here’s what changed everything:
→ I stopped waiting to feel confident
→ I started building reps, not perfection
→ I treated every opportunity like it mattered (because it did)

The gap between where you are and where you want to be?
It’s not years. It’s decisions.

If you’re in the messy middle right now… good.
That’s exactly where this starts.

Next year could look nothing like this one.
But only if you move.

A year ago I had zero confidence
and honestly no idea where I was headed.

I walked into a room,
