Gail E. Hersh, Jr
President
Gail Hersh is a graduate of Kenyon College and has been performing title related services since 1992. Gail is a title agent in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and Pennsylvania, and has conducted or supervised a wide array of closing transactions. He is a frequent seminar speaker on various real estate topics ranging from resolving title defects to ethical real estate practices. Gail formerly owned a title agency and software development company. His company pioneered performing "cradle to grave" title services via laptops, portable printers and scanners in 1999. After an extended period in a related career, which included supervision of another title company, Gail is once again committed full-time to the real estate closing business.

Closing and Escrow Manager

John Wilson is a graduate of the College of Wooster and has more than a decade of experience in the title industry. John began his career closing residential mortgage loans for a title company, which sparked a passion for providing superior customer service. During the next 10 years, John gained considerable experience in a multitude of service areas from holding positions as a title specialist, a closing processor, a lien clearing specialist, and an escrow officer. The last 2 years have been dedicated to managing all aspects of the closing process through Allodial's nationwide vendor network. John has also been the management lead of our Discount and Donations program.

Tracie S. Tormasi

Tracie Tormasi comes to Allodial Title with more than eighteen years sales management experience. After graduating Franklin University with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Tracie managed multiple banking center offices. Here she learned to master sales presentations, marketing strategies, and her own networking skills. Throughout her years in retail banking leadership, Tracie thrived working with and developing her employees on how to market yourself and the products and services you have to offer your clients. With ongoing presentations to peers, employees and client employees, she effectively educated her audience on how to execute exceptional customer service that lead to astonishing sales results as she built her book of business throughout central Ohio.

Now Tracie is moving forward to Allodial Title developing the marketing strategies needed to identify and cultivate the ever-changing trends of a fast-paced, ultra-competitive and demanding title insurance sales industry. Tracie is out in the market building relationships and marketing the Allodial Title brand name to numerous networking facets in the Columbus Ohio Market.
