Wow! Just wanted to share a recent deal that really hit home with me on my RE career this past week. Just sold 4342 Randmore in Upper Arlington for my clients last week. They used me as their agent to buy this beautiful home 12 years ago! Literally my first client in contract back in 2014 and my second closing as a new real estate agent. Fast forward and pulling the data today from the MLS they were my 403rd deal I have done over those 12 years!

I remember sitting at their closing 12 years ago with their 1 year old bouncing up and down on my knee while they signed the paperwork. And now he is 13 and they have 2 more children in their beautiful family.

It feels awesome to close this home for a $1M sale and to have sold over 400 homes in Ohio to clients of all types. But what feels the best is that they came straight to me to sell for them after 12 years as we have stayed in touch, and he said they wouldn't think to go with anyone else. That is priceless and what keeps me driven in this often stressful job. (I mean I wasn't bald when I started..I pulled it all out!)

If I can tell new agents one thing....it is persevere and stay in touch with clients and your sphere. That is the best way to grow your business in my opinion. Organically and authentically vs transactionally. It is way more fulfilling to know and feel you truly are helping people with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Thanks for entrusting me and my team to sell your home after all these years. I am so glad it all worked out well for you and wish you all the best in your new life chapter in Atlanta!
