It all started when Jessica sent me a text to see a property she & Michael used to go fishing on & admired….Next thing you know, we are sitting in Chick-fil-A discussing what to offer & how we could pull this off! 🤣 We made the offer, it was accepted & next - it was time for me to sell their home! 😅 Within days of listing their beautiful home, we had tons of interest & negotiated a great contract with the terms they needed to make a seamless transition.
Navigating a back-to-back sale always has its challenges but it really was “meant to be” - the Nolins are officially owners of 10 acres, 2 ponds, 2 horse barns, a huge workshop & sooo much more! What used to be an occasional memory has turned into their every day life!
