It also gives homeowners convenient access to Columbus while still having its own personality.

But charm and character deserve a closer look.

Older homes may have original windows, aging mechanical systems, older sewer lines, additions completed at different times, or renovations that need to be carefully evaluated.

That does not make them bad homes.

It simply means understanding what you are buying and preparing for the maintenance that comes with it.
