NEWAR recently teamed up with Colville Rotary and Disaster Aid USA to help clean up fire-damaged property and assist a family who lost their home in the Bradeen Fire on Daisy Mine Road.
If you are interested in volunteering with Disaster Aid USA, you can register for call-outs supporting fire recovery efforts in the Spokane area. When registering, select the “PNW Fires” box.

Stevens County Title & Escrow is holding a drive to help support the firefighters and families affected by the fires and NEWAR is stepping in to help. Drop off bins are located at the two SCT&E offices & at the NEWAR office. All items will be delivered by SCT&E staff to the Ag Center for delivery to the firefighters and families.
Please see the attached flyer and list of items that are needed.

Because of your support, we'll be able to assist food banks and senior centers throughout our tri-county area and continue our emergency fund for families affected by fires and other unexpected tragedies.
