Please welcome our newest Contract Servicing Associate, Cara McCanna! ✨
With a background in child education, Cara previously worked at an elementary school, supporting student discipline and de-escalation. She worked closely with students through challenging situations while helping create a safe and supportive environment. That experience strengthened her communication skills, patience, and ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure.

“I was drawn to Stevens County Title because of its strong reputation in the community and its focus on accuracy and customer service. My background has taught me the value of both clear communication and attention to detail, which are essential in title work. I’m excited about the opportunity to apply my experience in a new environment while continuing to grow professionally within a well-established, community-focused organization.”
Originally from Kuna, Idaho, Cara has called the Addy area home for the past 16 years and truly values the strong sense of community that makes this area so special.
“I appreciate the quieter pace of life compared to larger cities, as well as the strong connection people have to one another. The access to the outdoors and natural surroundings is also something I really value.”
Outside of work, Cara enjoys spending time outdoors and taking advantage of everything Stevens County has to offer.
“I value spending time with my husband and sons, and I really enjoy activities like painting, camping, and swimming. Whether I’m being creative, staying active, or just enjoying time with family, I appreciate having a good balance outside of work.”
We’re so thrilled to have you on at SCTE, Cara. The Contract Servicing department has gained a valuable team member!
