On Patriot Day, we remember the 2,977 lives lost on September 11, 2001, in New York City, Arlington, Virginia, and Shanksville, Pennsylvania. 🙏

Twenty-five years later, we honor their memory, the bravery and sacrifice of our first responders, and all those whose lives were forever changed that day. Our hearts remain with the families and loved ones who experienced unimaginable loss. ❤️

𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲:
-Homeowner's primary residence must have been destroyed by wildfire.

𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧:
-Purchasing a replacement primary residence, or
-Selling the vacant parcel where the destroyed home was located

𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝟓𝟎% 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐬.

-Wildfire Loss rate becomes effective September 15
-VISTA can quote the discounted rate immediately
-Transactions cannot close using the new rate before September 15

Outside of work, Kendra loves spending time with her boyfriend and their dog, Brinley. She also enjoys making memories with family and friends, whether they’re tinkering on pickups, spending time on the water, or simply enjoying each other’s company.
