Public Housing is currently taking applications for families or retirees and handicapped 3 bedroom units in Comanche, OK.

You may come by the office located at 901 W. Wilson Avenue, Comanche, OK to pick up an application or call 580-439-5333 and we will mail you one. Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.

Maintenance of building and appliances-range and refrigerator furnished-central heat and air-parking space-mowing and w**d eating-flower beds-one pet per household allowed (under 25 lbs full grown, and must meet policy rules)-smoke detectors provided-monthly extermination-working families are encouraged and welcomed to apply (income based with income limits). Water, sewer, and trash are provided with no extra fees. We are a smoke-free facility. We provide Equal Housing Opportunity. We do business in accordance with the Federal Housing Law.
