A new and VERY EXCITING opportunity has presented itself for Comanche, Texas and we would love to hear your feedback!

Small business incubators come in a variety of designs with the overall intent to help entrepreneurs transition from initial ideas to financially viable, independent businesses.

The initial goal of this small business incubator would be to provide a location that offers square footage for a business to start up and get its feet on the ground with much less financial investments versus trying to purchase a property or even lease an entire property to get started; saving the entrepreneur money in overhead from day one and giving the opportunity for the entrepreneur to reinvest those saved dollars into their business.

This small business incubator would be a privately owned facility and not funded by the City of Comanche, Comanche EDC or the Comanche Chamber of Commerce or any other government entity.
