Pennington Ranch is best understood as a series of connected settings across 935± acres in Comanche County.

Approximately 150 feet of elevation change separates the higher ground from the lower creek bottoms. Internal trails lead through mature brush and timber before reaching food plots, native pasture and water located across varied habitat and terrain. Whitetail, turkey, hogs, dove and exotics use those different parts of the ranch.

The main residence, guest apartment and working improvements occupy higher ground on the southwestern side of the property, with a broad view back across the ranch.

Sometimes you have to slow down, settle in, and wait.

It was well over 100 degrees inside the blind while these photographs were being taken, but images like these help tell a fuller story—not only of the property, but of the habitat, wildlife, and experiences that make the land special.

Representing this remarkable 3,560± acre ranch in Schleicher County, Texas was both a privilege and a reminder that every property—and every client—has a unique story. While this transaction presented its share of challenges, the commitment of everyone involved made a successful closing possible.
