Remodel work using existing wiring in home. Repair some appliances. Plumbing and Water: toilet, sink, disposal, water line, and drain repair and installation. Water damage mitigation and repair inside and outside the hom

e. Sprinkler line and system repair. Water filter and softener installation. Tile and Stone: floor and back splash installation and repair, flagstone and other manufactured stone, floor heating installation. Cabinets, Wood and Trim: repair baseboards, door trim, doors, and cabinets; custom baseboard and door trim installation; wainscoting and crown molding; indirect lighting using inverted crown molding; built-in book case and entertainment center construction. Other: I love to creatively solve problems around the home, and am open to helping out wherever I can. No job is too small.
