Today marks the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001.

We pause to honor and remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost, the first responders who courageously ran toward danger, and the countless families and communities forever changed by that tragic day.

Twenty-five years have passed, but we will never forget the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call, and the strength and unity shown in the days that followed.

Today, we remember. Today, we honor. We will never forget.

This past Saturday, our Cozy Community faced a heartbreaking event when a fire broke out in one of our beloved neighbor's homes. While we are incredibly grateful that no lives were lost, we are deeply saddened by the loss of the family's three dogs. Our thoughts are also with the brave firefighter who was injured during the response and wish them a swift recovery.

In the midst of this tragedy, the strength and compassion of our community have shone brightly. We came together for a heartwarming cookout, providing comfort and support to the Holloway family. The Cozy Community's donations have also made a significant impact, showing that even in difficult times, our community spirit remains unshaken.

Thank you to everyone who has offered help, support, and kindness. Let's continue to stand strong and support one another.

Today marks the 80th anniversary of D-Day, a monumental day in history when the bravery and resilience of Allied forces turned the tide of World War II. On June 6, 1944, over 156,000 soldiers from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and other Allied nations stormed the beaches of Normandy, France, embarking on a mission that would become a turning point in the fight for freedom.

We remember the immense courage of those who faced unimaginable odds, the sacrifice of those who gave their lives, and the indomitable spirit of those who fought for a world free from tyranny. Their legacy is a testament to the power of unity and the enduring strength of the human spirit.

Let us take a moment to reflect on the valor and dedication of the D-Day veterans and all who served during World War II. Their actions have left an indelible mark on history and continue to inspire generations.

On behalf of DRS Communities, we salute the heroes of D-Day. Your sacrifices will never be forgotten, and your bravery will always be honored.

Thank you,
DRS Communities

Happy Memorial Day Weekend to All Our Residents!

As we come together to celebrate Memorial Day, we want to extend our warmest wishes to each and every one of you. This special day is more than just a long weekend; it is a time for us to honor and remember the brave men and women who have sacrificed their lives for our country.

Memorial Day, originally known as Decoration Day, began after the Civil War as a way to commemorate the Union and Confederate soldiers who died in the conflict. Today, it is a day of remembrance for all American soldiers who have died in military service.

We encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect on the courage and dedication of our fallen heroes. Whether you participate in a local parade, visit a memorial, or simply enjoy the company of family and friends, let's remember the true meaning of this day.

Wishing you a peaceful and reflective Memorial Day.

With gratitude,
DRS Communities
