As the temperatures drop, let’s come together to help local families stay warm this winter! We’re organizing a Winter Coat Drive to collect gently used or new coats, jackets, and winter wear for those in need.
Drop-off location:

When to donate:

🗓️ November 18, 2025 – December 14, 2025
⏰ Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Real estate agents are no longer allowed to advertise on our mls system, payment to each other to help sell a home, we instead have to do a few extra steps.

1.) have an offline conversation about compensation.
2.) buyers agent must have a written agreement with their clients prior to showing any home

Most buyers tend to get offended when you tell them you need them to sign an agreement before showing them a house. It comes off as being judgmental, but as salespeople this adjustment should be simple and pretty easy.

This lawsuit is not that big of a deal. Agents just have to start actually answering their phones to get deals done🤷🏾‍♂️
