A home is so much more than bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage.

It’s where birthdays are celebrated, family gathers around the kitchen table, neighbors become friends, and ordinary days turn into memories. ❤️

That’s something I never forget when helping someone buy or sell a home. For a seller, it can be emotional saying goodbye to a place filled with memories. For a buyer, it’s exciting to imagine all the memories still waiting to be made.

There are no wrong answers although I have a feeling that lake view might be pretty hard to beat here in Michigan! ❤️
