The Showings will go on! According to the new executive order out today, effective at 12:01am on May 7, 2020 real estate professionals (including agents, appraisers, brokers, inspectors, surveyors and registers of deeds) are able to hold showings, inspections, appraisals, photography, videography and final walk-through by appointment.
If you’ve been eyeing that online listing, you can finally see it for real! Our agents have spent the past weeks prepping to apply the practices required to keep every client as safe as possible.
Other details to be aware of:
- No more than four people can be on the premises at any one time.
- Open houses will continue to be virtual as in-person open houses are not permitted at this time.
- Private showings are only to be arranged for owner-occupied homes, vacant homes, vacant land, commercial property and industrial property.
