🚨 Big news from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB):

They’re finalizing a rule that will remove medical collections from the credit reports of over 15 million Americans! This means medical debt will no longer appear on anyone’s credit report—down from 46 million Americans in 2020.

Why is this important?
👉 It could significantly boost credit scores for many.
👉 It will increase home buying power, with CFPB estimating 22,000 more homes could be sold this year without this burden.

Their research shows medical bills are a poor predictor of someone’s ability to repay a loan or mortgage. This change could be a game-changer for buyers, sellers, and the housing market as a whole.
