The numbers are telling an interesting story right now… inventory is still LOW across West Michigan, which means well-priced homes are continuing to move quickly.

🔹 Greater Grand Rapids Metro:
• Only 1.1 months of inventory
• Average home sold in just 22 days
• Average sales price: $384,376

What does that mean in real life?
