On August 21, 2021 Concord City Council members chose Seeno/Discovery companies and their partners as Master Developer of the massive 13,000 home, 2,300 acre Concord Reuse Project. This project has the potential to be the city's greatest asset or biggest mistake.

Can this development team financially afford to mitigate traffic and give Concord residents the parks and community benefits residents deserve?

Based on the long and troubled history of Seeno/Discovery, their extensive record of breaking laws shows this will be a bad decision, and it will be bad for the environment. In addition, this company's long history of litigation should be avoided by the City of Concord whose taxpayers will be responsible for litigation expenses.

Concord residents want a trustworthy partner to develop a "World Class" project. Concord City Council members have chosen to stand in clear opposition to the will and best interests of Concord residents. If you agree this is the wrong development team please contact your City Council member NOW to express your concern before City Council finalizes this choice in January 2023.
