Project update from New London, NC 🏠

We’ve made a lot of progress on this one, and it’s starting to come together.

Updates so far include:

* Fresh paint throughout
* New LVP in the main living areas
* New lighting fixtures
* New carpet in all 3 bedrooms
* New white kitchen cabinets
* Black granite countertops
* New vanities and toilets in the bathrooms

Still some work left to do, but this house looks completely different from where it started.

This is one of the parts of real estate investing we enjoy most — taking a property that needs some attention and bringing it back to life.

We’ll share the finished product once it’s complete.

No.

When we say we buy houses as-is, we mean it.

The photos in this post are the kind of properties we look at all the time. Older finishes, deferred maintenance, clean-out needed, repairs waiting to happen — none of that automatically means you have to fix everything before you can sell.

You don’t have to replace the roof, remodel the kitchen, repaint the house, clear everything out, or spend thousands getting it “market ready.”
