Cline Cottage—bringing all the warm and cozy vibes

This project was creative design at its best. We had a budget. We stuck to it. It turned out BEAUTIFULLY 💕

This was a record breaker for coming in at 113 days to build from first dig! This one showed us that with the right team and systems in place we can get it done!

The biggest lesson here was that design does not have to break the bank. .tawiah really came through with another truly cohesive design that shows every intentional choice. From the arches, to each custom wood accent, even the small touches in both the bathrooms and master bedroom. It’s the little details that add up to create work of art.

We were also excited to join forces with on this project 🎉🎉🎉 The DREAM Team strikes again…all we’re saying is give us a call 📞

House listing No. 3 in the books for the Realtor. Did we mention he’s the GC on this project too, but I’m sure guys already knew that 😏!

“Roxanne, Roxanne!” 🎤😩🎶

Some projects will always have a special place in your heart—and this—this is one of them!

This had to be one of the smoothest projects we have had to date! Completing Roxy in only 117 days! SHEESH! 😮‍💨 Not to say she did not have her hiccups, but the ability to pivot is the key 🔑!

Trick of the trade: know what can still be happening if something else is delayed. For example, we had a delay in our doors and when I say a delay I mean we had to CANCEL the entire first order and order an entire new stock due to extreme delivery delays that would have put us 4 weeks behind. We took this as an opportunity to get all other trim work in the house done, complete all tile work, and order/install the kitchen! Although, we ended up having to change our entire door plan from modern 5 panel doors to the traditional 6 panel doors due to time constraints Ebonee Tawiah didn’t let that get us behind or hinder the beauty of this project! She really let her creativity loose on this home and it shows!

We were also excited to join forces with M&K Estates Properties LLC on this project as this was their FIRST new build! 🎉🎉🎉 They were instrumental parts as to why this build was as smooth as it was! This husband and wife duo is definitely one to watch as they are the definition of action-takers!

House listing No. 2 in the books for Aaron Nii Lante Tawiah the Realtor. Did we mention he’s the GC on this project too, but I’m sure you guys already knew that 😏! He pushed this project and our team to keep on top of the schedule—now that is major 🔑.

Mountain Street Part I: Mountain Woman

This is what happens when you’re able to pivot from Plan A to creating Plan B. When we get to Mountain Street part two you’ll notice these two were originally supposed to be identical twins—layout wise—however, a surprise inspection told us that we could no longer have a two car garage. In fact that same inspector said we should just tear it down and start over because who would want a house with no garage and a weird driveway. EL. OH. EL. because who has $20k to just throw away and start over… Let me tell you it’s not us. 🙃 Also small side note: *whispers* if you know anything about Kannapolis most houses don’t have a garage anyway 🤭 No worries though, we decided to give this home and the new family, the endless possibilities of a garage sized bonus room! This could mean anything from a new man cave to a new primary bedroom, or if you have kids like us, then talk about a playroom or game room from heaven!!

We also decided to have a little fun with these two and split the design journey. Ebonee Tawiah designed one and Hunter Church designed the other. THUS Mountain Woman was born and became what was a masterpiece of bold design with a great attention to detail! From the dark and moody vibe to the rounded corners to the all black tile selection and to the brass fixture choices—-she crafted this home to bring the modern flare of the city to the charming lifestyle of K-Town. This one is also special as it’s Aaron Nii Lante Tawiah first listed house as a realtor!

We love both homes and can’t wait for them to be a blessing to a new family. Truly, it’s the perfect blend of convenience and charm.

What steps are you taking each day to actively multiply your money?? We all can make money, we all can save money, but do we all know how to multiply it??

When it comes to money, most everyone is looking for ways to generate more of it. Unfortunately, there is no magic pill or potion to multiply your money. Get rich quick only works if you win the lotto. And I don’t know about you, but we can’t buy enough lotto tickets to make that happen.

Consider a few of these strategies:
➡️ Take Advantage of Your 401(k) Plan
➡️ Invest in a Portfolio of Stocks, Bonds, Crypto (we have a guy crazy knowledgeable in that)
➡️ REAL ESTATE!! I’m sure you saw this on coming 😅
➡️ Fix Your Cash Flow—sometimes the answers lie in our own bank statements, if you catch my drift 👀)

☀️GREAT MORNING☀️

We think it’s time for a re-introduction! 😁👋🏾 We’ve noticed tons of new friends (THANKS for coming!) So, we thought it’d be the perfect time to share some fun facts about us!

🏡 We are Aaron and Ebonee Tawiah! We are 26 and 27 year olds from Baltimore, MD and Richmond, VA.
🏡 We have been married for 2 years this year. In those two years we’ve had 2 beautiful babies who are 10 months apart—-We’re just a little crazy for that 🤪
🏡 We also have two sweet fur babies 🐶🐶
🏡 We’ve been in real estate for 4 years and started our wholesaling before getting into flipping in the last 2 years!
🏡 Aaron handles coordinating the transactions and is the official GC for the projects, while handle project management and all things design!

Clay II Moodboard—so far definitely one of my favorite designs! This house was a mixture of mid century modern and a touch of farmhouse (you know we love a good farmhouse vibe). We mixed textures and materials with classic color arrangements.
