Closing Day Story 🎉

Back in January I received a DM from that she was ready to begin her first time homebuyer search!

We met up at a coffee shop for a consult on a Monday before heading out for a showing and were under contract by that Saturday! We looked at a total of three homes before she knew she found *the one*!
